In this role, Bonds ensures that MMCI’s programs comply with licensing requirements, credential standards, and workforce readiness expectations, particularly in regulated and service-driven professions such as real estate licensing. His leadership is both operational and institutional, directly overseeing how training pathways are structured, delivered, and aligned with current workforce demand.
